Shipment
KA-Winch is europes No. 1 winch manufacturer and ships worldwide. Every delivery is sent with insured shipment via package or our machines are sent on a pallet. In the shopping cart is a shipment fee calculater. If you have any further questions about shipping do not hesitate contacting us via info@kawinch.de.
Pallettransport:
Please be aware that no all products can be sent in packages. The maximum weight of a package we can sent out is only 31,5kg. Our heavier products like winches and bigger parts of winches are sent via a forwarding agent on a pallet. Please understand that we therefore need your phone number to contact you for making the delivery appointment.

Damage in transit:
The goods are directly ensured via the forwarding agent. Please make sure to check the goods before you accept them as "received unharmed". If there are any visible damages of the packaging or the delivered goods do not confirm without a comment! Let the driver take a note of the damage and sign it for you. Generally the sentence "Delivery is damaged" is enough.
If you accept the goods as unharmed and afterwards while unpacking the palett damages reveals the shipping agents insurance and our insurance cannot compensate the damage.
Local pickup:
